Hi, I've been having some problems with installing the R.C.As from my subwoofer amp to the head unit, on the AVX1 model it has 2 R.C.A wires marked "subwoofer out" I've plugged my amp into those with no luck, any suggestions?

need more info, are you getting no sound? is the amp powering up?
also, not sure of the jvc head unit you have but i have a pioneer head unit and you have to switch the sub output on in the menu system, could it be that?
